What to ask before you hire

  • How many photos, and how soon do I get them?
  • Is twilight or drone extra?
  • Do you shoot a floor plan too?
  • Can I see a full gallery from a home like mine?

Our vendors

We keep two or three we trust for this, and we don't publish their names — they get our clients, not cold calls. Ask for an introduction and we'll make it.

Photography is included on the $4,999 plan. On the $999 plan you supply the photos.

Rates feel high? Start at 5%.

The seller pays your agent. We keep a flat fee. You use the rest to lower your rate. 7% → 5% = over $900 a month back in year one.
